Your satisfaction is our primary concern!
Timing
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours. We process and ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Domestic Shipping Only
- Please be aware we do not ship outside of the United States.
Shipping Methods
- We ship via USPS.
- Parcels that exceed USPS weight or size restrictions may also be subject to some additional fees.
Returns
We will gladly accept merchandise for return/credit, provided that the return is made within 30 days of purchase, and the product is unused and in the original packaging.
Return – Refund Guidelines
- Refunds/credits will be issued for the product only.
- Original and return shipping will not be included.
- In the event of a shipping error on behalf of StriperTackle, we will credit all freight charges.
- If your package is returned due to incorrect address or incomplete information, you may incur additional freight charges.
Return Shipping
- If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship your product(s) normally within 24 hours upon receiving the returned product.
- If the item(s) you would like to exchange are on back order, you will be notified promptly.
- Back ordered product will be shipped as soon as they are available, unless you elect to cancel orders of out of stock items.
- There will be no freight charges on back orders.
- We recommend that you return your package by a carrier that requires a signature (UPS, FedEx, or Certified Mail). Please retain your tracking information in case we do not receive the package.
Return Exceptions
- Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. Any product(s) that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
